Hello potential students, and welcome to Geraldine High School! At our school you’ll find a wide range of opportunities catering to diverse interests — whether you like sport, art, performing or just having a good time while you learn.

If you’re sports mad there are endless events to compete in such as the school athletics and swimming sports, which are always really fun days. Friendly competition is encouraged between the four school houses (Cox, Acland, McDonald and Tripp), with students competing for house points.

Other events on the school calendar which give house points are the annual lip sync, wearable arts, spirit week and the school production.; These are always sell-out events. Large numbers of students participate fully, and they are heaps of fun whether you participate or just watch from the sidelines.

At Geraldine High School the students and staff are incredibly friendly and create a safe, happy atmosphere for you to achieve in every aspect of your school life. ‘GHS’ doesn’t just stand for Geraldine High School, it also means ‘Genuinely Happy Students.’So bring a smile and a positive attitude — you will be welcomed into the family that is Geraldine High.
