Sports Administration Coordinator - Permanent
30-40 hours per week. Term-time only role.
Start date January 2026.
We are passionate about growing sport for all our students, breaking down the barriers for participation, and creating a sustainable programme within our school. This is a varied role predominantly administrative but with involvement across every sport available to our students. You will be responsible for facilitating registration of various sports, ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders, maintaining social media presence and defining processes to ensure a smooth experience for all our students and their whānau. There is a team to support you but your role will be largely autonomous.
This role falls within the support staff in schools collective agreement administration Grade 4, to be negotiated based on experience.

International Coordinator - Permanent Part-Time
20 hours a week, term-time only.
Start date 20th January 2026.
This position supports the smooth operation of our international programme and provides high-quality administrative and pastoral support to students and families. You’ll be part of a dynamic and growing department welcoming students from all over the world to Geraldine. The majority of your role will be admin based but there will be opportunities to engage with the students, help with airport transport and organise excursions and events.
This role falls within the support staff in schools collective agreement administration Grade 4, to be negotiated based on experience.
